Chinmoy Das — Vertical Line on TV screen

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a TV with the following details (attached):
KD-43X7500H, Product 8D No. 12425901, Serial No. 8034661. The TV developed a major defect within 3 years, making me highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

A white vertical line appears on the TV screen (file attached) when the TV is in ‘’On condition”. I called your service centre technician on 28/10/2023 and he diagnosed this defect as a defect related to the Panel (report attached) that needs to be replaced costing around Rs. 16, 000.

This is unimaginable for a product from a company like Sony.

I want you to investigate the problem and replace the defective part and restore the normal functioning of TV.
