I had purchased a TV with the following details (attached):
KD-43X7500H, Product 8D No. 12425901, Serial No. 8034661. The TV developed a major defect within 3 years, making me highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

A white vertical line appears on the TV screen (file attached) when the TV is in ‘’On condition”. I called your service centre technician on 28/10/2023 and he diagnosed...
