I paid 90000 to chis people special Mr. abdul and muskan who deal with us With reference to the previous mails and issues which was going from last one year
Issue was on fake agreement which was done by chis people named Mr.Abdul, Miss Muskan, Miss Eva, Miss Kirandeep, Miss Vanita, Mr. Sagar, Mr. Mukesh and many more. These people try to solve my query but lastly failed because they blocked my number some of them.
As per discussion with them they said you will be happy with our services kindly avail one free service and when i availed they provide me Hotel called regenta inn in my home city which are just 1 km away from my home i agree to avail then i went to hotel they provide single single bed in couple room which was such a nonsense thing and after too much of debate they give couple room
Then i want my membership cancelled again they misguided.
I am not happy with this membership i m totally disappointed, harassed by chis people.
After too much conversations i was login a complaint in consumer court these chis people beg me to mark as resolved then i will intiate your bookings i agree to resolved and i did after then still they are providing the destination of tour and hotel as per agreement locations which showed by them at the time of contract now they were giving some hotel called Hassan valley at shimla which was not upto the mark and very far from main shimla mall road then Mr. Mukesh clearely said only this is available if you want to book tgen proceed and if you dont want then we dont have option and will close your booking
If would agree to resolve the matter and want to apply for reservation then these fraud people doesnt have location and availability
On the occassion of my son birthday
On 29 july we were very disappoint vy this chis fraudsters.
Lastly and the formost last i want my cancellation and money refund
They harass us to resolved your query otherwise we will not proceed your bookings now as per them we mark as resolved but again they didnt provide suitable destinations which was show by them at the time of contract
