Chitale Brothers Sweet Shop — Not following queue system.

I was in Chitale brothers sweet shop (Chitale Bandhu MIthaiwale) in Pimple saudagar today. I purchased a few items and patiently waited in queue for my turn.
However when my turn came, the lady on the counter started billing for the person behind me in the queue.

This is disappointing. To express my dissatisfaction I cancelled my order and purchased the same products from another shop.

I wish to inform Chitale brothers in pune that you do not know how to respect customers and what is a good business practice.

I also wish to inform you that in no case I am dependent on you. Even if you go out of business tomorrow, it won’t affect me. There are many good alternative shops and I can always buy what I want from other shops.

Hope you will consider improving in future.
