I am writing to bring to your attention an incident o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by one of your staff members, which I experienced while contacting the customer care number listed online.
Initially, my call was not answered. When I tried again, a lady staff member picked up the call. I inquired about bus information, but instead of providing guidance, she responded dismissively by saying, *“Yeh headquarter hai, bache ko bolo campus mein puche.”* When I requested that she at least guide me properly or provide the relevant contact number, she argued and abruptly disconnected the call. After this, I made several attempts to call back, but my calls were deliberately ignored.
Such behaviour is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially when students and parents rely on the university’s official helplines for assistance. I request the university to look into this matter seriously and take strict action to ensure that students and parents are treated with respect and provided with proper assistance in the future.
