I am writing to bring to your attention an incident o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by one of your staff members, which I experienced while contacting the customer care number listed online.

Initially, my call was not answered. When I tried again, a lady staff member picked up the call. I inquired about bus information, but instead of providing guidance, she responded dismissively by saying, *“Yeh headquarter hai, bache ko...

I checkout from hostel and submitted forms if security fee refund now it's been 3 and half months and they haven't paid back ..how irresponsive of them

I have informed and sent an official mail too regarding my exam firstly i was given hope that my issue will be resolved soon but now they are nit resolving

It is very disgraceful being avoided from the sector where i have already rendered my services for 58 years. I suraj prakash kohli is an employee of syndicate bank providing my services in b r ambedkar hospital branch. On 25th march 2019, one woman named suman garg, her son aditya garg and her younger daughter riya garg came first at 14:00 hrs and saw the rush inside the bank to plan how to create this chaos with common intension of all 3. Then they rushed inside the bank at 15:10 hrs and looked everywhere that how many people are there in bank, they saw that there is no security guard, no other male employee, just 2 females : 1. Ms. Bhashi (Branch head) and mrs. Shashi (Cashier), they started beating on my head, face and back with bare hands and slippers. This caused a huge drama and chaos inside the premises of the public sector bank. Thereafter, the medical was done instantly in the hospital, the 100 number was called twice by firstly from my branch head ms. Bhashi and then by me. The i. O. Mr. Bal kishan from p. S. Rohini sector-7 came and saw the bank footage and on 26th march 2019 he collected the mlc from hospital and gave me the fir which is attached with this mail for your ready reference.in further it could have also lead to attempt of looting as everyone knows this branch is security less and is short of staff, if they could planned other way or someone might have taken advantage of the same, then this could have lead to robbery or looting attempt in the bank. On duty employee got assaulted badly being the property of the bank till i am inside the bank, the bank bears full responsibility for me, but my r. O. And corporate office denied to hold my hand and support with letter head written letter or complaint to the police station that our on duty employee got assaulted. I belive the ipc sections are also compromised in the fir, the copy of the same is also attached for your ready reference with camera footage of the day on which it all happened. 332 and 352 was also supposed to be imposed in fir but they are being compromised, the manhandling from mr. Aditya garg was also done with my branch head as well that is ms. Bhashi. The same is being released in the newspaper as on dated 28th march 2019, and the letter from bank for on duty assault is also being attached yesterday, now the fir will be modified today itself. It is my responsibility to inform you that a student having criminal background pertains to your college. The attachments of the same incident in the form of videos and images are also attached for your ready reference.

In prospectus they give big big commitments regarding the rules they have in hostel but there is nothing like in... Students are free to do anything like smoking, drugs n liquor... N when student goes to warden for room shifting they hardly pay any attention towards this... If we are paying money then it is there duty to assure full safety of our kids... Warden hardly visits n checks the rooms... Poor hostel management... Very very disappointed

I decided not to take admission at Chitkara university due to some reasons...i have applied for b.tech computer science there. Can i get my money back as soon as possible.?its not a small amount for us please kindly refund my money as soon as possible

I filled my form of getting my security fee back, it's been 4 months and still, i haven't got my money back.
There is no answer from my architectural block and babbage block as they are not readily present or they are not answering my phone call.
So please don't force me to complain about your university to the high authorities.

Note:- some of them don't even know the procedure of how to do a specific job.

Your university has the worst facility in this world!! This place treats students like animals and this place is so unmanaged i think this university should be closed. And some strict actions should be taken so that the conditions improve.

The hostel facility is the worst.
The food they provide is unhygienic and unhealthy.

This is to inform all the staff of chitkara university that my ward studying in your university had checked out from there and I didn't get my refund back. The reason behind my ward checked out from your university only Mr. CM Bhan dean of chitkara school of hospitality knows better.So please dont force me to complaint about your university to the high authorities. There is no answer from accounts department even they are not answering my phone call. Please as soon as possible give my refund back. Thank you

My name is Arun kumar Kalsia. I am BJMC student in Chitkara University. By last month Chitkara University Rusticated me without any proof in allegation of destroy property of Chitkara University. And nothing refund me by college and hostel fee and even any certificate not given to me. Now my future and past both are disturbed by University. Many students pays thousand of rupees to University. But University has nothing provide to students (Regarding hostel's good facilities, food facilities, sports facilities and many other facilities too.) University treats to all students like criminals. And here is hostel life is like a jail. No food provide to us from out-side. Not family members can meet to us. And Many problems are there in Chitkara University. I can't understand what i do now for my future. Please help me by comments.

My son applied for B Tech course to the Chitkara University Rajpura Punjab well in advance before the AIEEE 2012 result declaration by purchasing Rs1000/- application form and submitted it at Saraswati Kendra Sector 9 Chandigarh office.Chitkara University has'nt mentioned any tentative dates of counseling neither in their brochure and nor on application form and even this university's admission cell never intimated us about start of counselling by any means like sms, telephone , mobile ,letter etc.They admitted students on first come first basis and not adopted right method of admitting students on the basis of ranking and on the basis of received applications in advance .I started contacting officials of this university by visiting their campus and many times, by calling them on their contact numbers and when they neglected my request to correct this mistake I started mailing them on 4th July 2012 . I asked them to allot seat to my son whenever any student surrenders seat.I have wasted money on purchasing application form and we undergone stress about his admission and now it seems that they were just selling the application form and even after charging rs1000/- for application form they are not in a position to spend few coins to send a single SMS regarding commencement of their counselling process.An institution having a status of University admit students in such a manner is very shocking. I request Indian Consumer Forum to take a necessary action on this behaviour of the Chitkara University so that right student take admissions in right institutions and also request UGC to monitor the process of such Universities.
