Chl Hospital Indore — Security Deposit Return after discharge

Hi Team,

I am raising this complaint because I have still not recieved my security deposit (15000) although the discharge date was 13th March'2021.

The Mediclaim and account team says that they havent recieved full amount from National Insurance but the Insurance company has clearly notified me that full payment regarding to my claim has been made my them.

Please look into this and try to resolve this.
