I m patient attendent gaurd harish was very aggressive talk to me and he is sleep every time he is very bad gaurd in CHL hospital so please look at this matter.

My brother is admitted at CHL Hospital Indore for angiography and stent surgery.We are in semi-private ward room sharing with another patient case of appendix burst with which she has loose motion, vomit etc and her husband told us that she is also suffering from cold and cough, after which we requested at 2nd floor counter staff to change our room, so they denied and they behaved really bad and treated as if we are some servants or like, instead we requested them to do the same. Specially these two sister named Priyanka Sahu and Monika Toppa. I request to consider my complaint and take needed measures.

I am raising this complaint because I have still not recieved my security deposit (15000) although the discharge date was 13th March'2021.

The Mediclaim and account team says that they havent recieved full amount from National Insurance but the Insurance company has clearly notified me that full payment regarding to my claim has been made my them.

Please look into this and try to resolve...

Before taking money, they will always say, we will be done in one day. Once you gave the money, they start giving the excuses.
What happen with me.

A called to chl mri department for my father brain tumour mri on 3oth may and spedifically asked them it should be done in one day, if you are able to do that then say yes otherwise it can be done somewhere else correct because in covid-19, its being very hard to get the e-pass we are coming from barwani appro 170km from indore and my father is having very serous head and leg pains.
Chl-mri deprt person said, we can give the report in 4-5 hours. I am ok, take the appoint when i need to reach the hospital, they said, 10 o'clock.

We reached 9:25am but on chl gate itself they said, i have to take x-rays of your father's chest and you have to pay rs 650/- but i said, why mri will give all report whether he has corona or not even we dont take the x-rays even dr. Also not suggest then why do we need take the x-rays. They said, this is for corona testing.

I really don't understand how x-ray can identify corona infected person.
But yes chl has special method to identify the covid-19 infect person or just making fool to poor patient and his/her's relative.

I told, you should take mine x-rays well right but they did not because on which basis they will justify if they take mine. So see, you can understand, how they are making pool.

I paid the x-rays amount, get enter mri department.

Before taknig my father into mri scanning, i asked wtice, we need report they said, we can give at evening or around 8:00pm, we said, we can wait till 8-9pm because dirstct collector allow us only for one day pass. If we get report today, we can go to any dr. And show and get treated my father

Till 7:00pm they came to us, said, report will be given tomorrow not today.
I said, ok, so let me know at what time i have to come again to tomorrow. Said, we can not give the fix timing. I said, give estimate timing to i'll notify dr. But said, we can not give fix time, i said, need estimate timing but they no we can not give.

See, how they behave, they are really dont care about human, they just want to money.

I really don't like, chl staffs' behave, there should be some responsibilities but even in this situation. Covid-19 and my father is having serious pain.

Even they are taking to dr. And saying dont send those kind of patient.

I told, if you would have been told me earlier, that mri would have been done some other hospital. Chl staff's really dont care patient, they just want to money once money reached their pocket, you go to hell..

My father is admitted chl hospital indore on 22.11.2017 for heart ingioplast against we have rerived treatment cost rs.105550 (As per attached doc.)
At the time of discharge hospital given full bill of rs.157869 against bill no.136978 date :[protected]. At the time of operation they forced us for full amount deposit, we have not refund full amount till.
Staff behavior is also very bad. & non co-operative with customers.

Please refund our excess amount of rs.52319 as soon as possible.

My grandma is admitted in the hospital for her bypass surgery. My mother is staying with her, she kept her belongings in a compartment provided my them on the ground floor, during cleaning, they threw all of her stuff without even giving a consent and when asked they gave a harsh, irresponsible and cheap reply. This is not what we expect from thr hospital management. This is highly unacceptable and a very high concern from patient's side.

My mother was admitted in chl hospital indore on dtd 16/04/2016 in icu.At the time of admission i deposited rs 20000/-through debit card .The limit of my debit card was rs 20000/-.On next day i got a message from hospital pl. Deposite rs 50000/-. Within 12 hours.I goto counter and said pl. Deposite rs 20000/- and 20000/-. Tomorrow early morning.They said deposite entire amount of rupees now.And hold medicine i/v lyortam.Whenever my mother was serius.The hospital attender said purchase i/v from outside .
