I ordered heinz ketchup worth 700 from chocolate bazaar.co.in and they gave American bbq sauce worth 285 and no support from customer care number switch off

It's a SCAM, don't fall into the Chocolatebazaar trap..

I've been following for past 15 days, they don't respond, dispatch, cancel or refund. They are trying to deceive customers and must have already deceived many innocent people. I'm not sure how they managed listing their site on Google Shopping and linked to the PAYU payment gateway.
