[Resolved]  Chore Career — Amount taken by false commitment of providing job

This is to inform everyone that CHORE CAREER & its counter part TRIGENSOFT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD are basically & placement agency having contact no. [protected], [protected] & [protected], they took money from people & provide jobs & the same was offered to me in the month of July 2015 with 100% Job Guarantee, first they told me to deposit Rs. 10200 Which i deposited on 21st July on ground of registration with them & within no time they provided the Telephonic Interview & then afterward they asked me for a written test which is compulsory for the candidate & asked Rs 9500 for the same to provide the link, i deposited that too on 27th July 2015 & a link was sent to me for written test which was WIZIQ Test of general accounting (Which is actually available for common people to test himself on certain topic). After the test i was told on the day after the test i.e. 29th July 2015 that you have been shortlisted for the final round of interview & you have to deposit scan copy of your certificates & present company salary sip, appointment letter to verify the same by the recruiting company & for the same they asked me Rs 17000 which i also provide them by keeping faith on their words. After 29th July the day i provided them Rs 17000 i was committed by the person dealing with me Mr. Avinash that it is the last payment from your side after that you won't have to make any further payment. From that day onwards the hide & seek game was started by chore career i was promised the final round interview will take place within a week but the same was nit happened & after so much of following up with them finally the interview was taken place on 26th August that too on skype without disclosing the other person face. After that i was told by avinash after 2 days of final round that your profile is on hold which will be clear after 15 days but till date the same was not yet cleared & yesterday i had a word with avinash that if you want we can provide you the placement in other company but for that you have to pay Rs 19100 more. Its been more than two months these people are making fool of me & i sincerely requesting them either to provide refund of my whole amount i.e. Rs 36700 or as promised provide me the appointment letter within 7 days from this complaint. Thank You P.S.: - If the same is not fulfiled within the requisite time period i have to take the legal action against both Chore Career &Trigensoft Pvt Ltd for making false commitment & accepting money on behalf of other company which is not legal as per companies act 2013, the complaint will be lodged with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs & with all your Channel Partners). For your further reference i have all the documentary proofs & recordings with me to make it further worse for you.
