My matrimony profile ID is CHR2251222,
I had got call March 10, 2022 from Executive regarding upgrading for my daughter profile and there is an offer for me and will be initiated by the Executive
I mentioned them that no proper profile are there, the Executive assured me after upgrading I will be shown matching profile and if not satisfied then my amount will be refunded
But after upgrading I couldn't see any matching profile and I still tried to see another profile but couldn't take the contact number as it was showing to sent the request .
All 6 to 7 request has been to send but I didn't get any call from the concerned profile, Instead my request was rejected.
I would like to bring to attention that this is totally fraud of your website .
False Assurance given by your Executive.
No Benefits has been taken by us
I would like to state that please refund our amount as soon as possible.
Please reply and refund the money at earliest to avoid any dire consequences at your own costs.
