Hi there, A sales person offered me a assisted service package in Community matrimony giving me the false assurances, I got to know this after the payment and when RM called and explained me about the criterias. Immediately on the welcome call I told her I don't wish to continue with the service as sales person words and RM's didn't match and doesn't meet my requirements.

I tried contacting the RM, her manager and customer care both through mail and calls and the customer care executives asked me to drop a mail to care.[protected]@matrimony.com and the money shall be refunded. I tried and waiting from past 26 days but no response received, they only say you'll receive the refund.
Kindly guide me to get my refund in full as I've not availed thier services and truly Community matrimony is a big scammers. They compel with en number of calls at the time of sales but when it comes to service matter they show high negligence.

I would like to raise a complaint with a particular profile under the name of Sophia Jalota.My brother got a message from this profile under the name of Sophia Jalota. She said she is interested.They chated for awhile. She said she is an American citizen based on San Francisco working as a nure at government hospital San Francisco. She is ready to marry my brother. She is coming to India for her summer holidays. And for authenticity of her profile she shared some of the photos of her daily life. Then she shared a ticket booked screenshot. And some photos from airport. Next morning we got a call from a number who claims they are from immigration department. They said she is with them and she is having a DD worth of 35 lakhs and they said we need to pay some amount to get her out. I said that i just checked her flight status, her flight is delayed by 1 hour. After hearing that they asked me to wait and disconnected the call. I tried calling them too many times to know the scenario. But they switched off the number. There is alot of fake profiles in Christian matrimony. I requesting you to verify the profiles before putting them on the website. Soma y people are cheated by this fake profiles. Kindly resolve this fake profiles issue.(attached the photos and screenshots for proof)

This profile has existed for 2 years now under different id numbers with the same name and photos but with totally different work references, place of residence, phone number… once I have been contacted by this person, he was clearly not what he claimed to be…This clearly suggests a fake profile…
Adding to that, my number was disclosed...

My matrimony profile ID is CHR2251222,
I had got call March 10, 2022 from Executive regarding upgrading for my daughter profile and there is an offer for me and will be initiated by the Executive
I mentioned them that no proper profile are there, the Executive assured me after upgrading I will be shown matching profile and if not satisfied then my amount will be refunded

But after upgrading I couldn't see any...

Hi, I have come across a profile wherein I did not share my contact number instead I asked for his contact number to which there was no reply on CM but by evening I received a WhatsApp from his number. His name as per profile is Dr. Harry Gupta. I am not sure if he has multiple ID and number, by which he is contacting me. I have deleted my account today due to this. But if CM can still check my profile and let me know what is going on that would be appreciated. Thanks!

My money from the account was deducted without informing me or taking my consent
Apart from informing the person who called for upgrading that we don't want any premium upgrade.
Now I called in the department told them to revert my money back which they have done but not the full amount
So I need my whole money back to my account which is deducted

Christian Matrimony is is no trustful for me. When you buy their subscription Girls contact you. When you're subscription is over. They stop contacting you...Beware of sites that promise you the world but cheat you for your hard earned money

I had made the payment to christian matrimony 19th april 2019 on offer i agreed...

We are paying u for this site.. But recently i have had more than 5 fake profiles claiming to be doctors from the states.. This is highly unethical as u are not verifying the profiles... I am totally disappointed in ur service and i request you to verify the profile u upload on website hence forth... People do not do not trust matrimonynsite unless it s verified....

I have logged my profile in christian matrimony make payment on nov 2017 rs.4000.
Now i just verified my account show membership free.
I just call to ms. Surya [protected] she not responding before making payment shes attend my call continuously after that shes not willing to picked my phone. Irresponsible.

Hello i received an online request from profile by name rohit kumar pradeep but he seems to be fake and i came to know on investigation that he is involved in a prostitution scam. Please remove his profile as he is a fake. His number is [protected], [protected] and [protected] email is [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@yahoo.in he has approached me saying that he is unmarried but apparently he has had a lot of affairs and we realised that...

I want to report Christian matrimony profiles by name Mr Rohit Pradeep Kumar with phone numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] and email id is [protected]@yahoo.in where it’s clearly a fake . This guy sends pornographic videos and isnot at all searching for a bride. He claims to earn 17 lakhs per annum but was desperate for using my credit card for very small amount of 487 !! He is using the profile to get contacts of women so he can use their money . He said to me to give 5000 rupees to a stranger by name Henry so that they can buy bibles etc . This is a huge fraud scandal so please look into my complaint as this guy does not have decency also
