Below is the complaint i had raised with christian matrimony people but however they have closed the request.
They are refusing to refund my cash as promised

Hi all,
Praise the lord.
I had made the payment to christian matrimony 19th april 2019 on offer i agreed to pay 3900rs
And on the promise made by the agent that day.
The agent very clearly told me that if i do not find any matches on your site the amount will be refunded back to me but however the agents who called to renew the pack told that we don't offer any refund services which is not acceptable.
I have not found any matches from your site and i got engaged to different proposal out of your matrimony and i would like to cancel my profile in your site.
