Sir,
For more than 25 years for myself and to my entire family i seek your health service with full satisfaction. But yesterday i had a very unpleasant situation. I just want to bring this to your notice…
On 21.9.2017 evening i came to vellore c. M. C issc building, general pharmacy counter no 4 to get medicine for my grandson oswyn marcus using his chris card number 960613f. The pharmacist staff mr. Anbu in counter no 14 used the chris card wrongly and broke the card into two pieces.
When i enquired about the card he replied in very arrogant manner and boldly shouted and said to give complaint against him for broking the card into pieces.
Is there any justice to yell at a senior citizen man to pay the penalty amount rs.160 for the mistake done by your own employee pharmacist anbu???
I request you to educate your employee to talk politely to all people (Esp. Senior citizen people) and to appoint staff who has very good knowledge to use chris card properly….
A patient can pay the bill for his own treatment but getting money from a patient for the mistake done by your employee is something to be noticed….
Vision statement:
Not to be ministered unto but to minister
Please educate your staff mr. Anbu regarding this and advice him not to spoil the good reputation created by a great soul ida scudder..
Hereby i have attached the medical bill along with this complaint... Was this information helpful? |
