Christian Medical College, Vellore — Regarding unsuccessful online transaction of money, though money has been debited from my account

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that my mother is patient
Of cmc, vellore with hospital no 287867f, name karuna mandal.

Recently i visited cmc for visiting doctor there and made an
Online transfer of rs 5000.00 to the in house debit card, chris card.

The transaction reference number is [protected]ig0brxube8.
This was made on 24/03/2016.

However though the money has been debited from my account, it
Was not credited in the chris card. I contacted in the care section
(Treasurer, cmc vellore). He said that money has not reached and
Hence it will be credited back to my account again.

However till now no such credit has been done in my account.

It will be really helpful for me if you kindly look into the matter
And take necessary steps. I am also not been able to verify
My chris balance. On 11/04/2016 i sent a sms to mobile
[protected] to know the balance. However i received no update.
I will be grateful to you, if you kindly help me in this regard.
