Received wrong watch on 3/10/15 .
made complain but not resolved. Asked them to make me talk to senior but no response.
why short term websites are given permission for registeration and harassing customers?
Have asked them to refund the money or send the right product 1st but they arent. Not trustworthy due to lack of service and behaviour of the team.

Updated by ankita20 Till date my problem is not resolved and they have stopped taking calls and also stopped replying to messages .
Mr Deepak their senior head as said by them promised to send me my watch on last Friday . But he failed to and there is no response from their end till date.
