Chup Chap Lelo — Colour different and so low quality

I have ordered a product Trouser in chupchapleleo website.
i received product which is from a different brand and not appropriate Colour.
i tried reaching the customer care so many times. they dont pick the call.
they respond to the email without reading the complaint. they just reply vendor shipped product we cant initiate return.
