I want to return & refund my amount.

I ordered men white and navy colourblocked round neck ecko tshirt xl size what i received was a pink color s size tshirt it's been nearly a month n number of calls emails regarding the concern no resolution yet the delivery guy denied exchange as the bar code doesn't match he asked me to call myntra ask them send an email to jalandhar ekart hub for the exchange it's more than a month for myntra to do so each time i call have to explain whole story and at the end they say wait for 24-48 hours. Today received email stating exchange cancelled called myntra again wait for 24hours asked for manager said arranging a call back which i didn't get. Myntra sucks

I ordered shoes from www.chupchaplelo.com (order #oid425171) on 7.07.2016 and received a very bad quality product. therefore, i sent them an email asking to refund my money and pick up the product from my location. however, i did not received any reply from them till date. also, i tried contacting them on the number provided on the website but no one answered the call. please help me in this matter.

I received the samsung 20000 mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger etc from chup chap lelo where it came from a dealer named rr enterprises, sector - 63, noida-201301 with tin no.[protected].

But the day 1 when i charged it full which took more than 3 hours and while charging my lenovo mobile which is 3000 mah it charged only upto 40 % and the full power of samsung power bank got over.

Need this to be exchanged or can return the fund of rs.699/-.

I can see there are lots of complaints about chupchaplelo and if someone can join together and stop this kind of cheaters some one else will not get cheated. these kind of people who earns by cheating others will have to face other problems which reminds them of their cheating.

Hope some one will come up and join together to fight against these criminals.

I have placed two online orders to chupchaplelo.com, order no OID404399 & OID404392, which i wanted to return due to multiple issues like size, fitment, product quality as per return guidelines mentioned on website.

Customer support for the website refused the order stating that "product supplied as per your order" and can not be returned. Basically they are not honoring their return policy. i purchase a power bank on 7 may 16 from this side but the product is damage inside i call to CC they give a ticket has been created with the ticket ID 26240 and subject "OID-390877".after that i send an image of damaged product.
and i call contd. till 15 may but the company don't take any action against my complaint. still i call but the company don't give any response so i request you please logged this complaint and take a strict action on this company and returning my money with fine.

I had ordered addidas lower pant slipper and ankle socks in chupchaplelo website. But the profuctI had received is fake and damaged products in the name of addidas. while I complained about it they had replied me in unusual . they said the product won't be take return .

I asked them i[censored] have any doubt just come and check by ur representative.

I am very sure about that chupchaplelo is 100% fraud online marketing company. Because all the other online marketers are took back if they product once if found damaged and duplicate.

I purchase the mean wear trouser from chupchaplelo. I received the product with in a 5 days. I seen the product same day but product very cheep quality, same day I am trying to return the product, but in website no return option, iam communicated with mail to chupchaplelo, but they easily telling we sell the correct product. So many time mail to them but not responding, this is wrost wrost wrost experience, don't buy anything from this website

On 2nd june i ordered a pack of 3 casual wear mens chinos of size 32 (Order id-oid423560) and i received my order on 7th june. When i opened it i saw that all the three chinos were of different size (Image) and not only that there was just sticker of size pasted on the tags (Image) of the product which has no size printed on it. And i have images attached with this complain. I immediately went for their customer care no. Which i was not able to access that day as their website was down (Not opening) on that day. So next day i got the customer care no. ([protected]) and i called the customer care and they told me that i will receive a mail next day which will tell me what to do (Image) and i did that and received their mail which told me to post images and i did that and then a mail i received again after 24 hours saying that all product was ok from our side so we are unable to process your complain. I immediately called the customer care and the lady that was there was not at all helpful. I asked her to provide me with information about why my complain was not processed and she told she cannot do anything as she does not have permission to let me talk to their higher executive and told me to contact only through mail which they only replay after 24 hours. When i told no, i want to know the detail she told me you have to wait and told me that complain will be forwarded. And providing me with no assurance that when will i get any solution will i get my refund or will they return, nothing. I saw on their website that they have a policy of 3 days return but their website was not opening the day i received my order and they are taking whole day to just send a mail with a single line providing no assistance and no other ways to contact and customer care refuse to provide any assistance in this regard. Then how can it resolve within 3 days.
One more information: the product i ordered is now not seen on website and must have been removed.

I had ordered a pair of sport shoes via there website http://www.chupchaplelo.com. The picture of the product provide was that of Nike White Sport Shoes, but when i received the product it was a look a like of the original. No where in the website does they mention that the product is a look a like, even on website they have mention 100% original product. I am cheated by the company, and i ( or anyone who would have visited the website) would have thought that it is indeed the real Nike White Sport Shoes that i was going to get. I should either get my money back or the original Nike White Sport Shoes. I had also drop a complaint message for asking refund on site at the same day when i receive shoes, but till now i have not get any response from them. Now when i am trying to open my account for further complaint site is also not reachable message shows " this site can't be reached"

Please advise me on how to take this complaint forward.

I have received 2 power banks yesterday. While checking whether it is original or duplicate, found that after being fully charged, when i connect it to my phone it automatically gets switched off within a minute. Next time i also tried to charge it but it shows full charged after some time. As soon as i connect it to my phone it gets swicthed off. I want my money back. My order no. Was oid423138.

I have purchased Powerbank, Order Id: OID395843 and Product is Combo Of Samsung 20000mah Power Bank With 3 Port USB Smart Charger Hub but the product seems to be duplicate and its not working. I opted Cash on Delivery, and I have paid the money to courier. After I received the product I put on charging and after some time it shown full charge then I tried to charge my mobile phone and it is charged only 30%, as per the product specification my phone should be charged 8 to 10 times without being charge the powerbank. So i came to know that it is duplicated product which I receive. I tried calling but their number is not reachable, I sent mail also from their website but response. Kindly consider my complaint please do needful. I am happy if I get original product.

I have ordered a combo of jeans of size 38 inches from chupchaplelo online portal. They delivered this product to me by charging Rs 749 (649 jeans cost and 100 for delivering charges).

When I had checked the product the size of jeans was 36 as printed on it and when I had checked the size with measuring tape it was actually 34.

So when I approached them to return or refund me the amount they asked me to sent pics for the same. Even after doing so today they reply that they can't refund or return the correct size jeans to me. I have sent you the images of jeans for your reference and request you to take necessary action against them.

But i have researched somewhere somebody was saying they are from greater noida.

I have ordered a samsung power bank on 18th of may and received the product on 20th of may, 2016. The order number was odi411634. When opened it and check it the product was faulty. And the best part was it was a samsung power bank and when i enquire about it, the product is totally fake. They are selling fake products. So i decided to send them a mail as well as called them up for a complaint which they said their return team will be going to take a action on it.
After 2 days i have received a mail which in which they said kindly post three pictures of default device.
I have sent it. I am having complete mail trail. Sent the mail which i have got the reply as the item is not damage so we cannot return it. I called them and sent them a mail that was the product is not damaged, the product is not working at all.
I called them up several times atleast 25 times. They do have a single girl on their customer care team and they picked call after atleast 5 mins. Their customer support is not free, it is chargable. When you speak to them they dont have manners how to talk with customer. She only kept saying she is not authorized and their return team will take a action. I again mailed them and again got the same reply. Please attach 3 pictures of damage product. Again i sent them a mail the product is not damage, it is not working at all.
I called them up again and give them treat to go consumer court where she bare handedly said you can go. It is your right.
I told her very politely and she was speaking like she has giving me instructions.
Today i have got a new mail in which their support team has mailed me 'your product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee which is already mentioned on product page. So we can not refund or exchange the product."
And their is not even mentioned anywhere in the site of guarantee and warantee.
I have gone through their social page facebook where everybody wrote they are thief.
I have google about them and check it is completely fake company running by few thiefs and making fool of cumtomers. Please check customer complaint forums in which their are several complaints against them.
Twitter, facebook and all other channels they are having only complaints.
They are duping people like hell and dont even care about complaints. Unfortunately no action has been taken place against them till now.

I would like to complaint about the product they are selling which are completely fake and making fool of customers.

I would like to make a refund of my payment and make them charge of 5 lacs for mentally harassment.
I am not able to send you the mail trails as per website rules. But i have attached images of the product and screen shots of the website where no where is written that this product is non returnable. Kindly look into this matter and save thousands of other people to dube by chupchaplelo.com
