Chupchaplelo — Cheap quality product with no returnback

I have ordered a set of 10 t shirts from chupchaplelo, When the goods were delivered the quality was not as it was shown on website and i submited a complain at the same date.Now i received email fro chupchaplelo stating the goods will not be returned.Howver it was earlier told to me that they will relace or refund the money if quality is not as per as standard.My only option is to go to consumer court in this regard.
