I have palced a order of combo offer in samsung guru mobile with Samsung 16 GB memory card on 26 November2015 in Chupchaplelo.com site. After that I received that packet on 30 November 2015. Now I'm open that packet this is a duplicate mobile & no working. And after calling to the company customar care number the number is totally switched off. My order number is OID 16488
