Chupchaplelo — i purchased online - samsung power bank - it is damaged and not working

I ordered this 20000 mah samsung power bank on 08/05/2016 with which a multi port device was free. It arrived fast but the product was duplicate and old and broken cover and doesnt keep charge and gets discharged in say around 2 mins. I have ordered 20000 mah but received 16800mah. I have complained on their site but no response at all. I attached below the invoice and my email complained also.

i have a order pink/white/yellow in your billing also mentioned same but actually but in your shipment i received white/black/yellow if you not will not take return this goods i have to complain in consumer court
