I got the product on 23/04/2016 at that time i opend and want to use power bank but i found it is not working therefore i want to change it or refund my balance rs.699 with immediate action.

I just want them to refund me the money back to me I have mailed them so many times but they are completely unresponsive
As if they are not willing to return the amount so it is a matter of serious conceern whether we guys should purchase anything online or not

Chupchaplelo — Problems in returning and refund

I ordered a pair of chinos now i am asking them for the return and they are not replying at all and their phone service is not responsive at all I was kept on hold for 20 minutes and I want those product to be returned as soon as possible as I need the money soon
