Chupchaplelo — Fake product deliverd

I ordered one pair spring blade shoes from this shoping site.but alas! the product is fake.the shoe displayed in the website is different when delivered.the product is duplicate & fake.I made a return & refund request but in reply the sent a mail that they are unable to return or refund the item.Their mail id:- [protected]@chupchaplelo.com
Kindly help to resolve this ...

The quality of that product are very poor and the color are also different from the described product.So i want to return my order. But they told that my order will not be return back. So please do something in this matter.
