[Resolved] CIBIL — Deficiency in services | |||||
I did made the payment online for rs 550.00 including service tax, on 13 jan 17 to get my cibil report and i got the response to submit the kyc documents and i uploaded same on there website on 21 jan 17, after that i suppose to get report within 10 business days and till now i have made several calls to them always the response i get is our systems are down we are taking special request and you will get a report in 7 business days . But till now nothing happened, even today 15 mar 17 at 1635 hrs i called them at +[protected] i spoke to aisha and immediately after answering the call first thing she said our systems are down but again after telling the whole story to her she said i have " seriously " taken special request and you will get a response in next 2-3 days . When i asked her how to process refunds she gave me email id - [protected]@cibilreport.Com and then i requested her to transfer the call to supervisor she said no supervisor available, the i asked her transfer the call to any escelation department or complaints department the she gave me again same email id - [protected]@cibilreport.Com to wright on . They are doing fraud with customers taking money but not giving services and they least bothered how frustrated customer is . Very frustrated customer ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
