[Resolved] CIBIL — My CIBIL Score is 622 due to false entry

My CIBIL Score is 622 due to false entry. I got shocked when i try to get personal loan from canara bank.
They given the CIBIL report and it seems there is false entry available.
Account number is not given in that report but it showing as below,
Date opened :[protected]
Sanctioned : 25, 000
Current Balance : 29180
SECTOR : Agriculture
Collateral type : PROPERTY
Collateral value : 200000
Above transaction entry is totally wrong.I dint get any amount like this and in above account date opened year is 1902.
But my date of birth is[protected].
Please help to solve this issue .Currently am not able to get any personal loan due to this wrong entry issue.
Please treat it as urgent.
