CIBIL Report — Construction happening even after ban

I live in adhchini new delhi. Near bses office. Here construction is going on on daily basis even after ban by delhi govt. I want my details to be anonymous as these people are dangerous and keep threatening people for small things like parking so i am afraid if they know who complained, what will they do.
