Dear sir/Madam
I would like to lodge a complaint on CIBIL who is ruining the crediblity of mine by give wrong reports provided by NBFC's & Banks. Recently, I have applied for auto loan in HDFC & SBI where my application was rejected due to low scores. However, I took CIBIL report and found that there are three accounts shown as settled and the details are mentioned below.
1) IIFL (india infoline ltd, Rs.10, 00, 000 shown as settled which does not belong to me or my family & I checked with IIFL, they said they dont give personal loans and they dont have the account No 459288 listed as personal loan in[protected]
2. ICICI credit shown as settled, Which i have not used so far.and the card no is [protected] dated 17/5/2007
3.Citi Bank credit card shown as settled, I have cleared as per the statement.card no [protected] in 1-1-2005
