[Resolved]  Cilory.com — E-commerce fraud

Dear Team, I had placed an order for some garments online at Cilory.com. But unfortunately, the order received was in no way what I had ordered for. The policy at Cilory says that I can return my order and ask for a refund in case I m dissatisfied with the order. I have placed the return request for the orders I have placed and received due its low quality and huge difference with the description and photo shown on the site. I have placed the request for reverse pickup in my account as well as called at customer care several times. They also confirmed my return request but made no attempt for reverse pick up or refund of my money in the bank account which I mentioned in their site with my account . The total order amount is a significant amount and I desperately want my money back since am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the products those I have received . Please help me out with the issue.
