Product returned and refunded

Bought 2 sets of kameez sets for 5398 and filed for return of both the same day I received them due to a size issue. I packed them as received and have received a refund of just 1 set, stating that they didn't receive the dupatta of the second set. This is careless and pure daylight robbery....

Ordered some products from them on 19/07/2021, it's 07/08/2021 today and they have failed to deliver it. Various call to consumer care results to nothing. Tracking status is forever "Contact Customer Service"they are taking 48 hrs forver. Every 48 Hrs, they take another 48 Hrs

    Hi,

    This is regarding my order which i ordered on 25th april'17 and created return request to them as i got wrong product.

    I have created return request on 03rd may'17 as no one came for pickup from company end after regular follow up

    So please help me in getting refund in my bank account on urgent basis as its been 6 days.

      I had ordered one ring on Cilory.com on 8th January 2017, while chatting with their executive I came to know that they have only one size and it won't fit in my wife's finger so I asked the executive to cancel it immediately. She did it and gave me confirmation that I will get the entire amount back to my paytm account.
      I paid Rs. 199 which includes Rs.49 as shipping charges. I got the refund of Rs.150(Cost of the ring) on 12th Jan 2017 but in the email they mentioned that they refunded Rs.199. I followed up with them via chat and email and finally they asked me to send my paytm history after 8th Jan 2017 which I did.
      This was on 20th Jan 2017 and today it's been 11 days but I haven't got my money back. Though it's a small amount of Rs.49 but they act like professional.
      I order on this website for the first time and trust me it's worst experience I've ever had with any online website.

        I ordered a shirt from cilory.com..when I get this shirt I found it didn't match with my size.so I put return request on date 19 Feb 2016, I call there 15 to 16 time but they didn't response me well and cut my phone call..my order no is #645584.pls do needful action...

          Order No.:- 275265 Product:-Karishma eliza Designer Yellow un stiched suit I had ordered this product on dated 11.10.2014 for Rs. 2199/- Till now this product is not delivered to me. So i had contacted many times to customer care (Customer care No.[protected] for money refund. They were assuring me many times that money will be refunded in my account with in 24 hours.             Dear Team, I had placed an order for some garments online at Cilory.com. But unfortunately, the order received was in no way what I had ordered for. The policy at Cilory says that I can return my order and ask for a refund in case I m dissatisfied with the order. I have placed the return request for the orders I have placed and received due its low quality and huge difference with the description and photo shown on the site. I have placed the request for reverse pickup in my account as well as called at customer care several times. They also confirmed my return request but made no attempt for reverse pick up or refund of my money in the bank account which I mentioned in their site with my account . The total order amount is a significant amount and I desperately want my money back since am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the products those I have received . Please help me out with the issue.
