Dear sir,
May i know the status of my refund and how much time will it take to close my case as from ur own side i received a call on friday 24th aug at 6:05 pm around and one of your representative told me on call that your case has been resolved and your amount will get refunded till monday, the call came from the number [protected].
Then on tuesday night i had a conversation with one your representative named ashu kumari regarding this case only but i didn't received any satisfactory reply from her side and she asked me to wait for 24h-48h and neither she connected me to senior authorities.
