I had very worst experience from cilory cc they are very rude to customers at the time of return and refund. On 6th feb i called them to ask my refund call answered by nick he argued with me denied for esclation, supervisor neha was very rude with not gave me resolution when i asked to transfer call to manage she denied me. [protected] my order no, i want my 1200 rs refund against wrong product. Cilory is fraud company it has all fraud and incapable employees

I was ordered an women dress (Sasya Maroon Designer Kurti - Color : Red, Size : Medium) (Order Reference 1344296 - placed on 24/10/2017) which was received some days age and price is 1298/- . On that day I was sending a request for return (RE#095342 on 24/10/2017).. But last 6 days continue cilory's customer care say that, "Today i will go and pick up this or tomorrow surely I will go" but no one come in last 6 days.. I feed up on this type of behavior and customer care support also too bad.

I have ordered a t shirt order no 1244420 on 30 august 2017 and got a confirmation that the order is transit by bluedart courier. As your confirmation the bluedart courier boy out for deliver the order to my address. But the courier boy call me to collect the parcel from another place. I asked the boy to deliver the parcel to my address. But the boy said that there are 100 numbers of parcel to delivery. So that my parcel cannot deliver to...

This is regarding my order which i ordered on 13 September and i returned the product to them as i got wrong product and now they are not providing me refund for the same.

I returned the product on 07 October as no one came for pickup from company end after regular follow up

So please help me in getting refund in my bank account on urgent bases as its been for then 50 days.

Order no.903406. I ordered a top, they send me a kurti with a tag of www.streetstylestore.com. I asked them to pick up the product for refund. They delayed. Finally, I send it by speed post. Now, they are accusing me of send a wrong product and cheating them. They refused me my refund. First, they send me a wrong product and after many calls, they accuse me of sending that product to them.

I have ordered a shirt price rs.1318 one month ago but the shirts size was short then i have request them to take retun but now 14-15 days over but they not take it .the shirt order id was#862574.till now i am calling them to take the return but they r giving just time but no one has came to take the return product .so i want to make the return immediately and take the refund amount .

It was shipped by DotZot courier. And it was scheduled to deliver on 27/02/2016 but yet its not delivered. Even there is no any update in tracking details. I tried to contact both dotzot and cilory support center many times but no one of them knows the exact location of the consignment.
