Cilory — regarding delivery of order

I have ordered a t shirt order no 1244420 on 30 august 2017 and got a confirmation that the order is transit by bluedart courier. As your confirmation the bluedart courier boy out for deliver the order to my address. But the courier boy call me to collect the parcel from another place. I asked the boy to deliver the parcel to my address. But the boy said that there are 100 numbers of parcel to delivery. So that my parcel cannot deliver to me. After that he reported to bluedart the consignee not available. My question is why the courier boy refused to deliver my parcel to my address? If there is no delivery than why cilory sent me mail that the order is delivered to my address?
