Cin Cosmo — Dead Rat in the seat and deficiency in services and no professionalism

On the 23rd of March 2026 I had my my booking for the movie namely dhurandhar the revenge 2D in Hindi at cine Cosmo theatre in screen to seats silver e 8 to 10 and there was a dead rat inside our seat I complaint to the management staff of the cinema hall they immediately did not remove the seat all they did was spray some disinfected and knowing that can cause a lot of health issues there were three o[censored]s in the group all three o[censored]s could not eat our food and snacks that we bought from our money we bought a 500 rupees combo and 100-200 rs water bottle which was completely wasted because it is not possible to eat anything or even force anything inside your throat if you have a smell of a dead animal that 2 of a mouse coming from just below you I have the video of the cinema staff removing the seat and hym also agreeing that yes there was the smell of a rat that is that inside I complaint about it many times to the cinema hall managers his name is Ajay Jaiswal I told him I problem he asked us what reimbursement that we want I told him that I don't want to come into this theatre ever again and I want my money back every single penny that we spent here today he did not return even one single rupee all he said that we will adjust you and another show for another date I told him that I don't want to come here but he insisted even then I was like ok you can but when I ask to him about what about the food and the water and everything that we spend the money on we should get that back as well because first of all you are not offering any comfort from your side you are not you asking us that we should be the once telling you that what do we need you do not have any good hygiene there is cigaret and good ka packets thrown everywhere in your cinema hall there is no hygiene in the seats it is a awful experience. And even now when I have texted him on WhatsApp that has been no reply from his side I have cited many legal cases to at least make him understand that this is the duty of the cinema hall to ensure that we have a good experience because we paid money for these tickets. His arrogance can be seen in the messages, he didn't allow us to take any recording of himself. His outright misbehaviour can be seen. And for an A rated movie they allowed infants and children inside, when complaining about that, he said " it's not our responsibility it's parent's responsibility"
