Cisf — cheating on money

Hi sir there is a one guy called chinguru narender he posted a ad on facebook to sale a his vehicle honda activa 5g he collect amount from me 58000 i paid all amount but vehicle didn't delivered and now i'm trying to reach him his phone is switched off and he is asking some stories and more money xtra 20100 to pay to collect the bike. Please refund my money back.. Please take an action on these cheating people you are the soldiers we need to salute you always but these people are doing this type of cheating works how people trust you sir he collected refundable charges that also i paid please find the screenshot
