Mistreatment by CISF officers HC Rajneesh Kumar Puri, officer from Northeast (ASI) and DMRC staff.

I want to bring to your notice that CISF Officers HC Rajneesh Kumar Puri (Rajasthan) and one northeast officer mistreated me while I was travelling in Delhi Metro from Chawri Bazar Metro Station.

1.I was travelling from Chawri Bazar Metro Station and HC Rajneesh Kumar Puri was on duty. Since the primary gate was closed, I noticed a commuter going from side and followed him. HC stopped me and asked me to come through security gate which I complied with. Thereafter he spoke with me in a rough tone and started using explitive abuses against me.

2. He was joined by an officer from Northeast background. I could not remember his name. He also joined in abusing me and when I told him that I was a Masters student and he threatened that he will make an example of me.

3. Northeast Officer and one other took me forcibly to Station Control Room DMRC of Chawri Bazar. Here one Mr.Ajit abused and started threatening me. I provided a detailed written account of events, which he refused to accept. Instead he called HC Rajneesh Kumar Puri and made him write a false complaint against me by giving him access to CCTV footage. He also shouted and sided with CISF officers. Further, Mr. Ajit threatened me saying that previously he had caught a big person and handed him over to police and threatened to file an FIR against me. Ramesh Kumar, Inspector also came and threatened me.

4. Police officer was called and in her presence I was forced under duress to pay a fine, write an apology letter and photos of my Aadhar card were taken by Mr. Ajit. When I asserted that they had no right to take pictures of my personal documents, they said that I looked like a criminal and I could stab them with a knife outside.

5. I filed a complaint against the incident to Director General CISF however I was called to CISF office in Chawri Bazar and threatened that FIR will be filed against me by the Inquiry Officer himself. The Inquiry Officer Inspector VIRENDER SINGH did not call him, instead I was called by Inspecror Ramesh Kumar who remained present in the room and continued to play mind games with me.

6. I have filed multiple RTIs to access the complaint but have been denied on grounds of national security. Meanwhile, the officers who misbehaved are scot free and not held accountable.

I frauded by this army I'd had booked booked household item from quicker, initially sent 5000, then send 12, 500 as they said I have to 50% part payment, later they saying I can't pay partial payment I have to do 50% together 17, 500, I said refund my previous amount then I will resend you, they saying they can't refund until I can't pay 17, 500 if I do they will refund me, I request cisf department to take action and if possible help us to get refund if possible

Id watched the ad in fb and then i contact him on whatsapp. He send me the pics of scooty number ka 01 hr 1802. and tell the amount of rs 20000. He said that he's a CISF Officer and send me the ID card of him. Then he said that to pay the advance amount so he will deliver me the scooty. I'd sent 8000 rs advance but again he call me and said dur to GST reasons kindly pay 5200+500 rs more so i will deliver the scooty. I'd paid the 5200+500 rs again and then he said that amount is not recieved kindly pay again.
I'd consult about this deal then i get know that i'd get scammed Kindly help me out.

I would like to report a misuse and fraud conducted by a Mr Manjeet Singh. We had advertised for a house for rental and he got in touch with us. The contact number is [protected]. He shared his Aadhar Card with us and his CISF ID card as well. The same are attached. He was supposed to pay us an advance for the deposit for the house. He tricked my mother Mr Indu Dudeja (w/o Gp Capt Ajay Dudeja Retd.), wife of a veteran, into transferring Rs 80000 to his own account. Upon confronting him he promised us to revert the money but has not responded since. We have raised an online cyber fraud complaint as well for the same attached for your reference.

A person named Sahil Kumar(+[protected] claiming himself to be from Indian Army placed an order to my father that they require 100 bundles of A4 sheets as my father has a stationary shop. He told that the account section(+[protected] will call us, and when the account section called he told that the payment is done through LIC card in which first the payment is done from our side then refund and payment will be received, but he said the payment has struck and so in order to verify he asked me and my father's aadhaar and pan and I thinking him of the Army sent it, but the refund and payment was never received. The UPI id of the receiver was [protected]@ybl and UPI reference id[protected].

A man name Shree Rama Murthy Constable in CISF Frauded us in the name of Scotty deal. After seeing his ad on facebook. We messaged him that we are interested in his scotty and we are willing to buy it. Then he was sent mob no. [protected]. He also send his CISF id card and so we trusted him and then a deliver boy call us and ask us for 2150Rs. for packing and then he asked again for 8000 for gate pass and after so much request & made promise to return amount at the time of delivery. But when he asked for 11000rs. again we realized that they are fraud. So we investigated for the photos that he send us and found that the image is taken from google. I was made total 10150 Rs. & than he want to more payment 11000 for gate pass that time I was realized this is fraud.

I have travelled from kolkata to Chennai and have a flight to Madurai...while security checking in kolkata no body is asking us that water bottle couldnot be carried...while in Chennai the staffs are too slow and they are not allowing water carried from our home.

Cisf sepoy mr bikram kumar abusing and molesting an indian girl of bihar on social media and by repeatedly calling her. He also blackmail her by telling that he will spread her no. All over on social media and he also tells her that he will destroy her career if she will not talk to her.
This is very sensitive case, girl can also commit suicide.
Now its all your responsibility to stop that cisf sepoy from molesting her.
Please help that girl and take appropriate action against that officer.
