Cisf Constable — Quikr user (CISF) fraud for 2nd hand car selling

This is kind attention to you that one o[censored]ser name indiaindian1344 had conversion with me in chat for his Maruti Suzuki swift car cost tag 1, 80, 000/- in the night of 30th july 2020 after I mentioned the cost revise he agree for 1, 70, 000/- ( mobile communication - his contact no-[protected], named Md Ashif Saglikar, working as CISF constable). I don't know about he is exactly the same person who talks and deal about the car. On 31st July 2020 he told me that he is in working at Patna airport and I will send the car to your destination location for that some of the charge you will be bear 3120/- as a delivery charge and he gave me Paytm account no. of Mr. Ganabar Sing, [protected]. I had pay that much of amount and sent the screenshot of that.he provides me a delivery receipt copy in my watsup no.
In the morning of 1st august 2020(i.e. today morning) delivery boy- [protected] from Indian airport transport service called me and told me that your shipment will be delivered after 1 hr. but one problem is there that our GPS location system was shut down and if you pay the 11999/- to our same office Paytm account than our head office will contact us and give us to GPS location and green signal to our shipment. after I talk with Mr. Ashif he told me that kindly pay the amount and we will exclude the all amount from 1, 70, 000/-. so don't worry about that payment. after that I will pay in in that Paytm account by ( 999+5000+4000+2000=11, 999/-) . after some time that delivery boy calls me and told that we are coming soon to deliver this order. 10-15 min later he called me and told me, sir, kindly pay 16550 rs for a token amount of delivery charge which is deducted by the total amount. I was furious and called to Mr. Ashif told him what is this about new thing 16550/-. he told me that don't worry I will check the delivery office for the same. he called me after 10 min and told me that sir I am sorry but the delivery office says that and you have to pay such amount. after a long discussion, I agree to pay and paid in the same Paytm account to 16500/-. after 10 min and so delivery boy says that sir you transact the wrong amount i.e. 16500/- but you have to pay 16550/-. Now your 16500/- was in between and you again pay this 16550/- to that account otherwise we are not shipped your order to your place. Now Mr. Ashif told me kindly deposit 9550/-and rest amount 7000 he will be managed. I don't believe that man's word. if require i had all the communication, amount transection, quikr account is deactivated in today's morning by Mr. Ashif ( Indianindian1344 quicker account), and other documents will provide. Already I had complained in cyber cell Dhanbad for the same but they not much help me like anything.
so please help me and refund my money and take action because they named for indian army. please help me.
