Pradeep kumar from cisf has sell his bike to me for 25000. He asked 2100 rs. For courier charges. So i pay via paytm now he asked 11500 rs. More for paper work. When i refused to pay then he abuse me. I told him to deliver the bike first then i will give you full money. But they denied to deliver bike. Now their phone are switched off. They told me that they are in lucknow now.
