Sir I have bought a iPhone 8 plus from CISF constable Srikanth he is from Rajasthan they took payment from me as he promised to deliver phone on my address but after taking payment they all switch off they are phones I have all proofs and audio recordings, I am sending he is identity card and some other proof sir please take my complaint seriously I am 12000 earning employer and they took my 25000 rupees as a promise to deliver phone

I am cheated by the same person.
I bought an electronic from Srikanth, in olx.While delivering, he requested for additional amount, for which I denied.Now, he says he is in Rajasthan, and he is not refunding my amount at all(rs 28k). I have all proofs
Please let me know, if you have got your amount refunded.Kindly suggest me some help .I am from Chennai .
