Citiz Market — designer top

This is to complain about citiz market. They are fraud company selling the designer top which says its at 299 and they cheat you and send you the wrong product and there is no return policy. Also they are not receiving the phone. Also they send the material instead of top. They took the money and now no refund policy. Kindly help me out in this. It's very serious as they are cheating people. Do it asap. A kind request
