I have placed an order of selfie kurti 106 with order no. 47581. But i have received a piece of random stiched orange blue color cloth. Is the customer to be cheated for placing an order to citizmarket., i need my money back for the order placed. Customers are not to be cheated, i have paid rs. 371, which i need to be refunded back as soon as possible....

I had ordered for a cotton saree with thread work and the product i received was entirely different, an old shift on saree with dirt. I tried to contact them, but no mobile number or mail i'd was given in the site. I have posted the picture of both the saree and you can find the difference your self.
I would like to get my money back and please do collect this old saree back.
Please don't buy anything from this site....

U hv delivered me a very rough piece of cloth which has four joints.. Its such a use less product.. Shame on u that u r making people fool and trying to earn in a wrong way.. I want my moneyback. I have ordered a two kurti a week ago from citiz order no 49810 worth inr 691 on 2th october. I was not forced to create a login for hte same. The order was cod when the courier was recieved there was a bad piece of cloth inside. Tried to contact on the contact number mentioned but no response. Nor resopnse over mail also. I wonder how fb posts such fraud...

This is to complain about citiz market. They are fraud company selling the designer top which says its at 299 and they cheat you and send you the wrong product and there is no return policy. Also they are not receiving the phone. Also they send the material instead of top. They took the money and now no refund policy. Kindly help me out in this. It's very serious as they are cheating people. Do it asap. A kind request...

I have placed an order on citizmarket.com. My order no. 45204 which was placed on dated[protected]. When i opened this package i surprised to see that the product was totally different in camper with order placed by me.

They charged me 691.36 rupees as well.
I malled them a number of time but no reply received from them

I have ordered a "selfie kurti 106xl" from citiz market on 21 september 2017, order no. Of product is - 40999. I open it the product was not same as i ordered and also its a damage product in the box there was not a kurti it is only a peace of tattered clouth. I want to return this damage kurti.

Cheap quality dress material received instead of a kurti. Though finished kurti was mentioned in the specifications.
Now i want to return back the product. Please do the same as soon as possible and refund back the amount.
You can clearly see whats shown and exactly whats being delivered.

I have ordered 1 kurtis on 28th sept 2017 and from your online site i. E. Citizmarket.com.
The products got delivered it today i. E: 3rd oct 2017.
The products delivered are completely different from the products which was ordered online.
There are no such options for feedback on the website or a contact details with whom we can complaint about poducts.

I have order 2 kurti for myself but this company send me a piece of cloth which is of no use even the quality is also not good.
I have spend rs 700 for these kurti.
I requested them to give my money back but they are not responding back & they blocked.
This fraud company doen't robbed not only but many more people in india.

Colour different material different of the cloth we order top but they give very chep cloth they shown picture is grey and yellow un colour but we receive order colour is blue and orange colour. I ordered kurtis of total amount 1170. I received a courier (Through aramex) of kurtis which i haven't ordered, i have sent email twice, called up many times but no answer, this is completely a fraud one. Even the quality of the cloth received instead of kurtis is so low and cheap. I need my amount refund. Don't understand why the hell these people are cheating and making money by this means....

Citiz market is a fraud company whose main aim is to cheat public by selling wrong products and eating public's money.

I ordered 2 dresses (Order number - 11750), but the product which they send is 100% different.
