Citiz Mart — returning a product which we did not even ordered.

Here, today on 27th december:2017, we received a saree from citiz shop which we did not even ordered hence without placing an order citiz shop from surat deliever a pink saree which is illegal hence we have to return this product. They are not receiving our calls as their phones are currently swiched off. So please help us to return this product as early as possible.
As there is no any delievery massages from citiz shop (Aramex). If they will not response we will file a case on these shop.
