Citizmarket — blue top french crepe fabric

I have ordered a blue designer top from citizmarket.com for the first time. I received my order but when i unpacked it, it was totally different from what i ordered. I am really disappointed. The product is unstiched and the cloth quality is very poor. I don't want to make any further business communication from this site in future and want my money back as soon as possible. Please help me.
