Citizmarket — citizmarket - wrong item received after payment | |||||
Hi team, i have placed an order in the citiz market belongs to the order #[protected]Designer self kurthi 1013 l*1 blue with green color cort model stitched cotton kurtis) But i have got the wrong item that too normal blue and orange cloth which is not stitched with silk material. The kurthi cost 249 + delivery charges 105 + tax 17.43 so i have paid 371.43 inr. Though they provide the mobile number the number is not reachable and in the refund and cancellation policy they have mentioned email id.. Though we have sent an email before 4 days we haven received any confirmation... Pls help me to get the amount back also do block the website so that the other person will not affect. I hv order 2kurtis but they send me useless cloth pieces. Aur main ne payment kya 740rupee, aur company ka Jo number dya tha us me main ne msg kya but they didn't respond . I am very disappointed .so please do any action against citizmarket company.please help me
I want my money back.
This is a fraud.they showed me a kurti from the site and selected one.
The piece of cloth is a two color blur and yellow and not even worth 50 RS.
I want my money back.
This company is Fraud it should be banned.
