Citrus Check Inn — Fraud by citrus sales team

I got conned at the hands of sales team of Citrus way back in 2015. I was asked to go for a membership for 15 years for which I paid 39000 as down payment. On receiving the welcome kit, I realised that the promises made to me were different from the reality & I instantly applied for a refund. I paid this amount on 28th Feb 2015 & raised complaint on 30th March 2015 but I am being denied refund on grounds of 15 days free look-in period. I am in deep pain & agony on being fooled by Citrus & is now also being harrassed by the customer care of Citrus Check Inns. In nutshell - I paid 39000 to Citrus Check Inn for which I have not been able to realize & use any benefits so far. Did I pay his hard earned money to be conned by some sales frauds ?
