Complain For Citrus Check Inns Holiday plan Investment

Am writing this complaint on behalf of my grandmother, Padmaben B Suru who is a senior citizen aged 75 years. She had invested her hard-earned savings in a holiday/investment plan offered by your company – Citrus Check Inns Ltd. – under the promise of assured returns

        I, Sangeet G Katalkar, am holding Citrus Check Inn plan Jewel Nano M with certificate number JMM[protected] and registration number 622188 dated 23 July 2012.
        My mother Late Sulochana G Katalkar expired also holding Citrus Check Inn plan Jewel Nano M with certificate number JMM[protected] and registration number 622187 dated 23 July 2012.
        I am unable to contact the agent nor the Citrus Inn Office and badly in need of money and hope...

        Refund status

        We have 7 to 8 policies with citrus check and we still havent got any update on refund of amount nor the agent is replying to call and messages
        what is status on the same...

        We had invested an amount of Rs 4 lakhs in Citrus Holidays Inn against Registration number 4746727 & 4746728 with Business ID card no 01036041, we have not heard anything so far we got to know that Company is involved in some fraudulent activity & our amount has ben matured, we are looking for refund. Also to inform that our Agent Mr Jitendra Boricha [protected] / [protected] is also not responding from last few years

              Here I attached the citrus future holidays plan detail receipt. At the time of investment company said that you are going to make money through this investment plans after maturity of 5 years but I tried to call them they're not responding.letter on I came to know that, this was scam .

                      We took the platinum membership in 2014 but never availed a single holiday...later it was banned by SEBI and now my 4lac 60 thousand is stuck ...pls help me in getting it back from the company.

                        Policy is already matured on 26th February 2016 for which we have not received any credit against maturity. We have also tried to get in touch with our agent but no one has responded to our query.
