I was taken plan from citrus and invest rs. 18000 but they have not refund said amount and i have some financial issues. Please help me. No one take phone call. What should i do plz help me. It will happen for last 2 years. Still company not refund said amount. I gave continue call but no one taking phone calls. This company is cheated lots of people plz take necessary action on it.

I had invested 350000 In a scheme provided by Citrus Check Inns Ltd. News Reports say that action has been taken against the company but there are no details of refund. I had requested for Refund through Mail and Phone but did not get any response. When I called they diverted to different departments and finally they say that nobody has any knowledge about it. I tried calling many times but since recently their number seems to be down. Please share any info about refunds and guide me on how to claim my money back.

Myself and my sister-in-law invested in a money-back scheme with citrus check inns since april 2013 with an investment of 1000 per month for the each o[censored]s i. E. Total 2000 per month. We were given a certificate of "royal twinkle star club" mentioning the details of the investment. We have paid this amount of rs.2000/= per month for a period of 3 years 4 months i. E. From april 2013 till august 2016 when i cancelled the membership as we got the new of the same being a fraud.

However, since then we have been contacting our agent as well as citrus check inns and subsequently on instructions from our agent we also deposited the original certificates of myself and my sister-in-law along with the cancelled cheques of our respective banks (For credit directly to the account) and our premium statement.

When we submitted the original documents (On 15/7/17) we were informed that within a years time the amount will be refunded directly to our accounts. But even then we did not receive anything so sent them a reminder email to their customer service email id which bounced back. Subsequently, after checking on the internet i got these 2 email ids; rtwinkal. [protected]@gmail.com, citrus. [protected]@gmail.com to which i resent my emails.

After following up continuously we have still not received any replies or any amounts in our banks.

We are in urgent need of funds and have been trying to get in touch with them but their offices / branch also was closed.

The relevant documents are attached herewith.

I have invested 4, 00, 000 in the month of may 2013 in this company. Now the year 2019 is running and until i did not get refund money which i had invested in it. My father has been suffering from arthritis since before 10 years. And now i need money for my father's operation. Where i bring money for him. And my mother also suffering from chikungunya. She can't able to stand and sit. Please suggest and inform if anyone get information about citrus check inns. My parents are facing too much problems.

Dear sir / madam,

We have invested in 2 different holiday plans of citrus by investing rs. 1, 000 /- p. M in each for 3 years. Our plans are started in 2014 ; and it mature in 2017.

Now we are contacting our agent for maturity amount ; but not getting any proper response from him.

We also visiting borivali office of citrus, no use of that, as the available person in the office are them-self dont have any knowledge payments of matured plan.

Please let me how can i get my money back.

I believe citrus and my agent told reality of citrus and omprakash goyanka i invest all my hard work money but mayuri ty date is goven citrus did not return my money. I investment 200000 rs on 30/4/2013 but agent is very foolish man he did not talk about it he said you dont deposit money by me he is very bad and foolish man. Maturity date is gone but any one did not give information about this. I feel that govt./devi must take action on this and must retire poori people money

Sir, i have invested 2000/m in goyaka group - citrus check inns ltd scheme, in the year of 2013 & maturity was 2016, but my agent told us you will get the money in 2017, but still agent is not giving any confirmation when we get the money... Need your help...

Me, my friends and family had invested in citrus in 2012 our maturity was due in 2017. They had promised us payment after 10 months. But a year and a half has passed there is no update till date.
Citrus checkinns must be responsible enough and a little sensitive towards the problems of the investors and keep up to the trust and refund the amount.
The investors had deep faith in you and invested their hard earned money. So please refund the amount and settle all the problems of the investors.

Sir, my self mr. Kotturi my maturity date was 10/1/2019 now the agent is not providing any new regarding to this fund. I was invested 1000/month for 36 months.. Its was my hard work money... I was invested money due to my family friend suggested me to invest in this fund... Now i m in lose... Please

I had invested money after agent was pleading with sweet words, no words at all. I have registered fir in court already else you have no case pending. They told to wait for six months, now it is seven months. Will they deliver in nine months??? All must file fir in their respective police stations, else you have no clue.

You can also forward your complaint to sebi and other high authorities.

I invested in citrus in 2012 and my plan has been for 6 year now its mature in 31-dec-2018 but till now there is no update. I want to complaint regards this company on high authority and in court.

I visited several times at branch there is no response and they are giving only a hope that after 2 month after 1 month now they are telling i will take 6 month.
Please help me in this case i need urgent money as my home book...

Hiii i am son of shrikant jagtap my father invested some amount in this citrus company. Continusely years i have submitted amount 900 rupees with my id esq[protected] and amount submitted to agent varsha b wadkar. Total amount submitted 10000 in partly as compare to 900 ru per quarter year the policy mature date is 29 april 2016. But still the amount is not received to my dad. It’s too late period after maturing period convey to requested you please help to sort out the complaint...

I had taken a membership plan for citrus checkinns. I paid rs 100000 lakhs for the membership. Now the company is neither responding on the email nor there is any reply on the phone

Online it is mentioned that sebi and other government authorities have taken action on the company for their wrong doings. How do i complain and on which forum and i am not getting money after maturity.

I took this policy in 2017 for 3 years and plan validity date was 21.12.2015 but no respond for return the maturity amount of 115000 rs.
My best freibd is responsible for that. Now all citrus check inns offices is close. No telephone number. No email address.

I have invested money in Citrus Monthly Holiday Plan Gem-Nano-M (Cert.No.0307589)from 21.12.2013 total sum of amount Rs.36000/- which is due on 21.12.2018 with additional interest & bonus i.e.Rs.51000/- but due to fraud cases filed against the said company & its sister concerns there is no repayments of funds. I am worried about my hard earned money when my dues will be cleared???
