My complaint is against the company Citrus Check Inns Ltd. I have paid Rs.48000/- and maturity amount is 78000/- due on 1/11/2018. But i have not yet received anything till date. Plan Name - Jewel-Nano-M Please let me know how can i get my money back. I am in crisis and only earning member of my family.

    Respected Sir; i was saving 5000 monthly from 2012 unto 2016 my maturity got over in October 2018 but i am not getting any reply from this firm .i have given all my hard working money trusting the agent and this firm as this is only amount i have to move ahead in life too much stressed..how can o get this amount back.please help.

      My policy are already matured however i have not received the refund till date.

      We have also submitted the cancellation documents for processing refund
      however the same not done.

      Please do the same urgently. Contact number available on their website is also incorrect. No other link option or policy checking details available on their website.Pathetic!!!

        Hi, i have invested 1lac in the year of 2012. Until i didn't get from this company. All of my responsibilities included that amounts which i have invested in the company. I have been suffering from asthma since 2013. My father is an arthritis patient and my mother is suffering from thyroid and knee pain. Today my condition is very bad and critical. I have invested this money in citrus for my mother and father's operation. We live in the rental house. And nobody is helping duration of this period. Please help and support asap.

          Me and my wife started investing money in the month of march 2012 with the policy no jnm[protected] & jnm[protected] and my maturity completed in the month of march 2018.

          When i applied to get my invested money i came to know fraud in citrus check inns.

          Therefore citrus should confirm how and when will get our money return or else provide us holiday plan in your hotel within in invested amount. So at least we can use our invested money into holiday package and enjoy it.

            Hi,

            I invested in citrus in 2013 and my plan has been for 5 year now its mature in 25-jan-2018 but till now there is no update. I want to complaint regards this company on high authority and in court.

            I visited several times at branch there is no response and they are giving only a hope that after 2 month after 1 month now they are telling i will take 6 month.
            Please help me in this case i need urgent money as my grand-mother is suffering from ilness request you to kindly look into this.

              We have invested in holiday plan policy in citrus check inns ltd which we had started on 12/09/2012. We had made final installment amount on 12/09/2016 and total amount paid was rs. 72000 and the policy maturity date is on 12/09/2018 which had been already due but we have not received our money. Once payment was received they were not bother about their customer. Forget about explaining the reason of payment delay they r not answering calls also. Very irresponsible co.

                Dear sir/madam,

                My father mr. V r. Maru invested an amount of rs. 3, 00, 000/- in the name of his grand sons, now the agent is denying to pay the maturity amount, explaining that the company is fraud and the same is been closed.

                When i searched online and gathered news about the company, i come to know that the information provided by the agent was a bluff.

                Kindly help me out s the money of my father is his own money earned from his own.

                A quick and prompt response in this regards will be highly appreciated.

                      I santosh pujari i am plan holder of citrus check inns ltd. My certificate no. Jfq[protected] dated 27/06/2012 i invested rs. 63000/- since 27/06/2012 and due on 27/06/2018. Now all citrus check inns offices is close and all contact also shut down. No any reply on email address. I don’t know how recover my hard earn money. Now the supreme court has ordered attachment of all properties of the mumbai of this company. But when sort out this issue and when get the recovery. Can anyone please help out to update the status of this issue...

                          SEBI issue of Citrus Check Inns we decided to discontinue with the membership.We paid INR 2000 per mth for 3 1/2 yrs. Customer care asked to surrender Original Certificates and cancelled cheques of our accounts & within 1 yr. we will receive the refund.The same was surrendered on 15/7/17 but till date no refund recd. Customer care email also bounce back.

                            I stay with my mother, somehow we arrange 50k for fix and 1500 PM, now it's been 2 years, still i'm trying agents number (MR.SUDRIK) (MR.PAGADE) everyones phone is switch off, i have visited there borivali office but it was shut, .
                            Atleast just refund invested amount, i have seen many complete against this company.
                            #CONSUMER FORUM TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION.

                                In march 2017 i was informed that the invested money will be refunded by nov 2017 but till date it has been not. Forget the interest, atleast give our principal amount. Also sebi the governing body had banned the scheme in the year 2015 so how come they were still selling the scheme in 2016? Is the government equally responsible for not checking on this?

                                  I took this policy in 2012 for 5 years and plan validity date was 2016 but no respond for return the maturity amount of 1lac rs.
                                  My relative is responsible for that. Now all citrus check inns offices is close. No telephone number. No email address.
                                  I dont know how recover my hard earn money.

                                  Today completed 2 year but I m not received my hard earned money and I have required money.

                                  I search in Google about this and I see case register in sebi against this company before 2 year ago but may be not taken action again this fraud.

                                  Thousands of people invested his hard earned money in this company.

                                  I hope you take action immediately again this company.

                                  Company have not money for return to investor than sell his hotels and land and return money to small investor.

                                    Dear sir, myself Vallabh Maru, have invested in two plans one of Rs. 250p and other of Rs. 1000 each month. Cumulatively i have invested Rs. 40000.
                                    I am senior citizen. I had invested my harden money. If i had a knowledge of such fraudulent company i had never invested my money in such company.

                                    We have not received single penny back since long
                                    Pls look in to the matter and pay our dues as early as possible.

                                      I had taken a membership plan for citrus checkinns. I paid rs 300000 lakhs foir the membership. Now the company is neither responding on the email nor there is any reply on the phone

                                      Online it is mentioned that sebi and other government authorities have taken action on the company for their wrong doings. How do i complain and on which forum.
