I have taken holiday plan policy from one of my friend and i was invested 1000/- per month for 4 years. We have trusted this company and suddenly when my policy got matured i came to know that the company is fraud. Now i am worried how and when i will get my money back. Can anyone please help out to update the status of this issue...

I have invested money in royal twinkle star club ltd & citrus check inns ltd my maturity was in december 2016 & march 2018 respectively.
Despite maturity date i have not received any money from the said company. However more than one year has been passed my maturity amount is pending with rtscl.
Please advise what to do & help me to get my refund.

I have purchase one of their holiday plan relax for 3, 10, 700/- having 25 years validity plan in 2015. But now the company is closed and couldn't plan for any vacation. I have done a big blunder and now i am realizing it. If i would have deposited this amount inany other holiday time share company like club mahindra, which i could have used for vacation. I have wasted my hard earned money. Not sure when i will get my money back. Please help how to claim the from these people.

Respected sir, i mr ramjan salim resident of mumbai invested in citrus check inns. As our family friend force to join this policy as a business associater, we invest much amount from our relative. Now my family suffering with our relative. I heard sebi is refunding the investor's amount who invested in citrus check inn schemes as the business of citrus was found out to be fraudulent. So i want to know the exact situation and when will the amount be refunded back. I have all the certificate... Please help...

Respected sir, i mr hemant karalkar resident of mumbai invested rupees 5 lacs in crystal combo-q scheme of citrus check inns in october 2012. The registration number is 1081163. The business associate name is jyoti jadhav and the business associate number who enrolled me into this scheme is 22044270. I was told by the business associate that sebi is refunding the investor's amount who invested in citrus check inn schemes as the business of citrus was found out to be fraudulent. So i want to know the exact situation and when will the amount be refunded back. I have attached a copy of the certificate for your review. Please let me know soon. Thank you.

I have invested money in this company
In October they collected all the receipts from us and informed that company is closing and you will get your money in Jan 2018.but since then there no relply or contact.Agent which who were collecting money from us are not reachable.
Pls suggest what to do ?

I have invested in a plan of citrus by investing rs. 1, 000 /- p. M for 3 years. The plan started in 2014 and matured in 2017.

The agent has collected my bank account details for transfer of maturity amount around the date of maturity. (I. E. 6 months ago)

Now when i tried contacting my agent for maturity amount ; i'm not getting any response for the same.

I also tried contacting the company as per details provided in brochure but to no heed.

Please let me how can i get my money back. Please help.

I was an agent in this company and invested near about 350000 of my client but suddenly we got news about company and therefore before 1 year we submitted all original certificate in branch but suddenly after one week all branch is closed without any prior notification. My client investment in this company is from 2013 but before reach to maturity period all branch is closed. So can you please help us to get back our money which is invested since 5 years.

We have taken the plan gem-mini-q, plan period 5years, we have paid all the premium but now company is not responding to pay maturity amount. It's our hardcore money invested in this policy and after maturity we came to know that citrus is bogus company and cheated to the people.

We have taken this policy from mr balaji kondiba gabale, business associate i'd no. 68001901, this person is also not responding properly to our query

We will file the case in consumer court if company won't respond any more.

It's now helpless situation to us to get back our hardcore earned money

Their representative not picking my call also not giving proper info about policies. I will wait 1 month more. If not given my parents money i will go to court and file a complain against company. We bought 2 policies from citrus in jan 2015 which are about to get matured in jan 2018, i was out of india during the time when we need to return the policy papers with other documents.

Now my agent is not helping me out.

Please suggest me where i can submit the form in pune so that i can get my money back. Also please help with the details of the documents to be submitted.

My wife has invested 1500 p. M for 12 months, my neighbor anant pawar insists us to invest.
We trust him and invested, suddenly on one day they told us company is closed and it will take time to return the money.
We are still awaiting for last four months.
Anant pawar is lic agent too and works in hinduja hospital.
