Citrus Check Inns — citrus check inns-not yet refund money

I invested in citrus in 2012 and my plan has been for 6 year now its mature in 31-dec-2018 but till now there is no update. I want to complaint regards this company on high authority and in court.

I visited several times at branch there is no response and they are giving only a hope that after 2 month after 1 month now they are telling i will take 6 month.
Please help me in this case i need urgent money as my home book in new project.
