Citrus Check Inns — I have not received my Holiday Plan money

Address:16 - 19, SHILPIN CENTER, 1ST FLOOR, 40, G. D. AMBEDKAR MARG, WADALA, MUMBAI MH 400031 IN

I have started my Holiday plan in September 2012 as paid monthly 1000 rupees per month till March 2014 and they promised to return my money on the due date around March 2014, however, h I didn't receive any amount yet.
It is a humble request to solve my issue as soon as possible.
